UPDATE 0.7.0


This one is a pretty big update! The Pokemon influence on Partridge Valley has been pretty clear since the beginning, but this version is the beginning of the Zeldalike fusion I've been trying to achieve for a while, with new action-oriented gameplay elements and a dungeon with a better core puzzle than pushing chairs or visiting stores.

What's new?

  • New BGM for the west/north part of the map
  • 85% complete warehouse dungeon now playable (awaiting 1.5 more rooms, but still go check it out)
  • Most enemies are now affected by field moves:
    • Wood, paper, and plant-based enemies can be set on fire with the Torch
    • Most non-bosses can be destroyed with the Launcher
    • Plant and trash-based enemies can be cut with the Muchetti
    • Nearly every non-boss can be jumped on for a free turn in battle
  • Laid invisible groundwork for a more cohesive object system & future interactions
  • Completely reworked weapon types to better enable the swapping system. (This will glitch out equips on older save files, so be warned. I recommend starting over.)
  • Electronic enemies are now weak to water and electricity
  • Ghost/vaporous enemies can't be hit by physical moves
